Nicole Worrica is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Tutor, UKCP & an Arts Psychotherapist, HCPC. She has over 10 years’ experience in private practice and with the NHS.
Her work in Nature supports clients who may be experiencing distress in establishing or maintaining relationships. She recognises that if can feel confusing, fearful, or shameful when stress, grief, low-self-esteem, illness, or trauma interfere with our true personal expression leading us to disconnect. This can feel isolating and unmanageable. Nature is non-judgmental and may deepen self-knowledge, regulate, and heal wounds facilitating an ease with self and others and a sense of belonging.
Nicole’s approach is collaborative, relational, and embodied with a belief in a clients’ autonomy and innate potential towards growth

I bring natural warmth and creativity to my work as a therapist, and I believe it is the relationship we create and shape together that forms the healing basis of the work. All bodies, genders and experiences welcome.
Time spent outdoors in green spaces can leave us feeling more at ease, more available for connection, more vitally in touch with who and how we are, and more able to weather whatever life brings. My therapeutic work outdoors is informed by my immersive training in Nature Allied Psychotherapy, with the Nature Therapy School.
